Prior to becoming CEO, Rob Scott held various senior leadership roles within the company, including as the Managing Director of Bunnings Group, the company's largest business unit, and as the Group Finance Director. Rob Scott is a chartered accountant and has a background in finance, he has been with the company for over 20 years. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Fortescue Metals Group Limited and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
