The items that you purchased will only arrive together if they are from the same brand as the brands featured on Local Threads are scattered all around Australia. This means your items will arrive in separate packages, but around the same time!
We will refund your payment as soon as the item/s have been successful returned. Please allow up to a week for this refund to process. If you have any problems with this, then let us know at email@example.com!
We apologise for the inconvenience! The Local Threads clothing brands are small designers, so not all of them will have a large supply of their products. If you would like to know when that item will be restocked, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org asking and we will let you know!
If you wish to return a product for any reason then let us know us at email@example.com. In the email please inform us of your invoice number and the reason you are requesting an exchange. For the exchange to be accepted, the following requirements must be met; tags are intact, the product is in its original condition, proof of purchase is available, it's unwashed and free of any stains/odours. If an exchange request is successful then you must cover the shipping fees to send it back to the designated brands headquarters. The user will receive store credit up of the value purchased at checkout for the item/s.
We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a defect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process (you may be required to send us images of the damage/defect). You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your ordered items. If the item has been deemed faulty, then Local Threads will cover the shipping fee to send it back to Local Threads headquarters. Store credit up to the value of what was purchased will be put into your account to spend on the Local Threads website.
