Local Threads strives to keep shipping costs as low and fast as possible for you. We are committed to this so that you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible at the most affordable price. Local Threads uses Australia Post as our standard courier. Each order may take between 3-7 days for Australian orders, or 12-21 days if shipping internationally, unless otherwise stated on the product. For example, some designers custom make their orders to ensure the item is perfect for you! We have live tracking on all orders!
Local Threads is a marketplace for the best clothing and accessories from Australian Independent designers. We ensure all items are fashionable, independant, unique, Australian and ethical.
Please note that if you order multiple items from different brands then your order may arrive in seperate packages. This is because the Local Threads brands and designers send their items directly to you to speed up delivery times and minimise our environmental impact! All items in your order will arrive around the same time period and there will be no extra cost for you!

Local Threads accepts Afterpay, Paypal, Apple Pay and all traditional card payments such as VISA and Mastercard.
When you are ready to order and use your code, please go to your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner of the website. Once in your cart, click 'Proceed To Checkout'. Then, insert any refund discount coupons or referral codes in the 'discount code' box and click 'apply' to activate the code. These codes are for a one time use only. Shipping is free for any delivery within Australia when spending over $99! A standard $9.95 shipping rate applies for orders under $99 within Australia.

International orders will be charged the standard delivery rate based on the item/s weight. All deliveries have free returns, exchanges and live tracking!

Please email contact@localthreads.com.au immediately and we will do everything we can to change your shipping address.

If you have not ordered and want to update your delivery address, then you can do so in your account settings by logging into "My Account" at the top of the website.

If you would like to know when a particular item will be restocked, simply send an email to customercare@localthreads.com.au asking and we will let you know!
Yes we ship worldwide! You will be notified at checkout if we are not able to ship to your desired destination.
Please click on 'My Account' at the top of the website, then log in and follow the prompts to update your details. This will allow you to update the name of your account, change your address or add another address. If you are still having issues, please contact customercare@localthreads.com.au and they can assist you with your inquiry.
All orders with Local Threads will receive an order confirmation of when an item has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided in this email. Please click on this tracking number to stay updated with its progress (it will take you to the relevant courier page). All prices on our website are AUD. However, if you're ordering from overseas you can pay in your currency. This change in currency will take place at checkout.
