If you did not receive a shipping code to track your order then please let us know at contact@localthreads.com.au. We will promptly let you know the expected arrival date of your order/s.
Local Threads accepts Afterpay, Paypal, Apple Pay and all traditional card payments such as VISA and Mastercard.
To apply your coupon or referral code to your order, this must be done at checkout.
If you have already received a shipping confirmation, then unfortunately we cannot change your address. However, if you have not then you might be in luck. Please email contact@localthreads.com.au immediately and we will do everything we can to change your shipping address.
The items that you purchased will only arrive together if they are from the same brand as the brands featured on Local Threads are scattered all around Australia. This means your items will arrive in separate packages, but around the same time!
Local Threads only features clothing and accessories from Australian designers and small businesses. We are 100% Australian!
We will refund your payment as soon as the item/s have been successful returned. Please allow up to a week for this refund to process. If you have any problems with this, then let us know at contact@localthreads.com.au!
We apologise for the inconvenience! The Local Threads clothing brands are small designers, so not all of them will have a large supply of their products. If you would like to know when that item will be restocked, simply send an email to contact@localthreads.com.au asking and we will let you know!
Yes we ship worldwide! You will be notified at checkout if we are not able to ship to your desired destination.
If you would like to update your account details, click on my account and select 'view addresses'. This will allow you to update the name of your account, change your address or add another address. If you are still having issues, please contact tech@localthreads.com.au and they can assist you with your inquiry.
All orders with Local Threads will receive an order confirmation of when an item has been shipped. In this email a tracking number will be provided. If you click the tracking number this will send you to the relevant courier page, allowing you to stay updated with your order. If you have any issues finding your tracking code then please email: contact@localthreads.com.au
All prices on our website are AUD. However, if you're ordering from overseas you can pay in your currency. This change in currency will take place at checkout.
Local Threads strives to keep shipping as fast as possible. Currently Local Threads uses Australia Post as our standard courier. Therefore, shipping may take up to 14 days.
If you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason then please let us know us at contact@localthreads.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item/s. In the email, inform us of your order number and the reason you are requesting an exchange. For the exchange to be accepted the following requirements must be met; tags are intact, the product is in its original condition, proof of purchase is available, it's unwashed and free of any stains/odours. Local Threads will cover all shipping fees for any return or exchange. You will receive a full refund when Local Threads receives the sent item/s. If you have requested an exchange for a different item, colour or size you will then be able to purchase your desired item on the Local Threads website.
