If your purchase is not delivered as described or if it does not quite fit, simply return the item/s within 7 days of receiving your order for a hassle-free refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
- All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item/s
- Exchanges are permitted for sizing related exchanges only (you cannot exchange items for a different item or colour)
- Shipping costs to return the item/s must be covered by the customer (sorry about this, our local businesses would run at a loss otherwise)
- In the event where your requested size for the exchange is unavailable, you will be able to return the product and receive store credit to use on Local Threads
Some Items Cannot Be Exchanged For Hygiene Reasons. Exclusions Include; jewellery, swimwear, underwear and non-returnable items unless deemed faulty. Any non-returnable product will be clearly identified in its product description.
- No change of mind returns are permitted on Local Threads to support our Local brands
- The only refundable returns permitted are if the item/s are faulty or not delivered as described. Please email us at email@example.com if there are any issues and we will help you out!
Our mission is to support Australian independent brands which are operating with low stock and low margins. This is why change of mind returns are not accepted as this becomes a large burden on their financial health.
1. Please let us know of any exchange request that meets the above criteria within 7 days of receiving the item/s by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email, please state which size you would like to exchange the item/s for.
2. For an item to be exchanged, it must be in original saleable condition;
- With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
- In an unworn, unopened and unused state
3. We will promptly respond with the exchange details for your order. Shipping costs to return the item/s must be covered by the customer (sorry about this, our local businesses would run at a loss otherwise). Please provide us with a delivery tracking code when you send off the returning item/s.
4. Local Threads will then send you your new size and this time we will cover the shipping expense!
