Local Threads is committed to your 100% satisfaction and aims to always provide you with the latest local fashion that are of the highest quality! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a hassle-free refund.


1. Please let us know of any return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing contact@localthreads.com.au. In the email, please provide us with the reason you are requesting a return and state which size you would like to exchange it for (if applicable).

2.  For an item to be returned, it must be in original saleable condition;

          - With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
          - In an unworn, unopened and unused state

3. We will promptly respond with the return details for your circumstance. Shipping costs to return the item/s must be covered by the customer (sorry about this, our local businesses would run at a loss otherwise!) Please provide us with a delivery tracking code when you send off the returning item/s. 

4. Local Threads will then refund you the full value of the returned item/s at the price you paid. This refund can ONLY be redeemed as store credit to be used on the Local Threads website for any item/s of your choosing.

Exclusions Include; jewellery, swimwear, underwear and non-returnable items unless deemed faulty. Any non-returnable product will be clearly identified in its product description.
