General Return/Exchange Policy:

If you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason then please let us know us at contact@localthreads.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item/s. In the email, inform us of your order number and the reason you are requesting an exchange. For the exchange to be accepted the following requirements must be met; tags are intact, the product is in its original condition, proof of purchase is available, it's unwashed and free of any stains/odours.

Local Threads will cover all shipping fees for any return or exchange. You will receive a full refund when Local Threads receives the sent item/s. If you have requested an exchange for a different item, colour or size you will then be able to purchase your desired item on the Local Threads website.

 

Faulty Item Return Policy:

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a defect, please contact us at contact@localthreads.com.au (you may be required to send us images of the damage/defect). If the item has been deemed faulty, then Local Threads will cover your shipping fee to return the item. You will be sent a refund into the account of your original payment method at the value of the returned item and initial shipping fee so that you are 100% reimbursed. We apologise for any inconvenience and will do our best to make it up to you!
