If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a hassle-free refund that covers all costs. Exclusions include all jewellery and non-returnable items unless deemed faulty. Any non-returnable product will be clearly identified in its description. 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Please let us know of any return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing contact@localthreads.com.au. In the email, please provide us with the reason you are requesting an exchange or return. 

Local Threads will then refund you the:

  • Full Value of the returned item/s
  • The initial shipping fee you paid when ordering 

The total value of your requested return will be refunded back onto your used payment method for the initial purchase. If you are after an exchange for an alternative colour, size or item, then please let us know and we will make arrangements to have that sent to you as soon as possible.
